Clinical Guidelines

Policies, Informed Consent & Releases: Before beginning therapy, you’ll receive detailed informed consent forms and practice policies through our secure system. These include information about privacy, telehealth, fees, and scheduling. When it’s helpful for your care, we may coordinate with your other providers (such as OB/GYNs, midwives, primary care, psychiatrists, naturopathic doctors, or pelvic health specialists) using signed releases of information, so your care can be integrated and aligned.

Coverage

Currently accepting BCBS VT and Select Health. If your plan is out-of-network, I provide superbills for you to submit for potential reimbursement based on your specific benefits. Please confirm your coverage details with your provider prior to our first meeting to ensure transparency.

Rescheduling Policy

Changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Late changes or missed appointments will be billed at the full rate. This ensures that I can maintain availability for those in need of support while honoring our professional commitment.
